We have worked closely with local agents to address the needs of the local population to create a development for which there is substantial demand, conveniently located at the doorstep to Ballygunner.
Our intention is to promote a long-term, healthy, diverse and sociable environment for all future and existing residents, contributing in a positive and enriching way to all the existing, surrounding communities. This development will provide a sustainable solution for the urban growth of the city and the increasing demand for housing options.
The Dunmore Road has become the new central hub for residential developments in Waterford City.
In an exceptional and privileged location of the city, the development will provide exceptional accessibility and connectivity by different means of transportation, including public transport, cycling and walking. It is also perfectly located in proximity to a vast array of existing retail, leisure and commercial amenities.
We believe that our development will make a positive contribution to the city, complementing existing communities within the Knockboy area while positively transforming an important part of the Dunmore Road.
This development has been designed as part of a master plan which includes the construction of a future phase, within the remit of the existing site, and directly adjoining the boundary of the development.
If granted, and at a future stage, the residential development will integrate with a Nursing Home Development and Housing Development which caters specifically to elderly people.
