Designed for Whitebox, the development forms part of a new ‘urban village’ on the Arden Road in Tullamore. At its centre is a 90-bed, three-storey nursing home.
Around it are two two-storey apartment blocks, terraced houses and bungalows, and a single-storey coffee shop. The scheme has been granted planning permission.
