Fewer Harrington & Partners is delighted to be working on an upcoming nursing complex in Tullamore, Offaly, which has recently been approved for planning permission.
Planning permission has recently been granted for a major, large-scale new nursing home in Tullamore, Offaly for which Fewer Harrington & Partners has created the designs. The Whitebox development will form part of a new ‘urban village’ in Tullamore.
The development will comprise a 90-bed, three-storey nursing home building on the Arden Road, and will be supported by a number of residential units and a single-storey coffee shop.
The residential units will include two two-storey apartment blocks, terraced housing and bungalows.
This Tullamore nursing complex is expected to begin construction in the coming months.
