This social housing development at Lower Kilmacow, Co. Kilkenny, comprises a mix of eight 2- and 3-bed, two-storey terraced houses, and a two-storey block of eight 1- and 2-bed apartments.
The development, which has been acquired by Kilkenny County Council, was completed in April 2021 by DFL Ltd. The design team consisted of Fewer Harrington & Partners (Architects), Stafford Consultancy & Associates (Civil & Structural Engineers) and GSP Fire (Fire Safety Consultants).
