In the heart of Waterford’s business district is Riverspace, a new business office space complex that features the most modern elements of the 21st-century workplace. We were appointed as the design team for this innovative new commercial development.
Riverspace overlooks St John’s River, and is supported by a 2,500 sq ft riverside café (with additional roof terrace setting). The development also features 18 on-site car parking spaces for employees and visitors, along with direct access to Waterside car park.
The development is strategically located in close proximity to many of Waterford City’s key amenities and services, making it an ideal location for service sector companies including technology, healthcare and legal.
This innovative office space has been designed using core principles to maximise open space and optimise natural lighting, key indicators to increased productivity.
