FHP acted as the architect and lead consultant for this Rocksborough, Wexford social housing scheme for An Tuath on the outskirts of Wexford town.

All phases were fully completed in May 2021 and the project has now been fully handed over to Tuath Housing.
The resulting Wexford-based development’s 71 residential units comprising 64 houses and 9 apartments.
The composition of these homes includes two-bed apartments and a mixture of 2-, 3- and 4-bed houses.
Kerlogue Manor is to provide for a sustainable mix of social and private tenants.
