Hollyhill Development
Knockboy, Waterford
Architecture
4.52 hectares
Ongoing

The Hollyhill Residential Development in Knockboy, Waterford includes 89 modern residential units, along with a new vehicular, pedestrian and cyclist access point to the Dunmore Road.

The development, comprising 57 houses and 32 apartments, will also include public lighting, ancillary drainage works, site attenuation, landscaping works, ESB substation and other associated site works.

The objective is to deliver an innovative, sustainable and architecturally striking scheme that provides a different and alternative solution to the ever-evolving residential demand around the city.

Benefiting from an exceptional, privileged location within Waterford City, it is accessed by one of the most important routes into and out of the city centre. Being part of the Dunmore Road, the development will provide exceptional accessibility and connectivity by different means of transportation including public transport, cycling and walking, not to mention a vast array of existing retail, leisure and commercial attractions within a 5 to 30 minute walk from the site.

We believe that this development scheme will make a positive contribution towards the city and planning policy objectives, complementing the existing communities within the Knockboy area while positively transforming an important section of the Dunmore Road.

Works are set to begin in 2021. Read more about this development, here.
