Ballygrennan, Limerick
Residential
2024

Ballygrennan Residential, Nursing Home, and Retail Development in Limerick has received planning permission, marking a significant milestone for the project. Situated adjacent to the UPMC facility, this development promises to bring further benefits to the city and its residents. We are delighted by this news, which stands as yet another testament to the successful collaboration between our partners at Whitebox and Cluid.

The development comprises 115 units, including 73 three and four-bedroom houses and 42 two-bedroom apartments designed for elderly residents across a four-storey apartment block. Noteworthy features of the apartment block include a communal green roof terrace and a ground-floor day centre for residents, also included are retail units such as a café, pharmacy, and drive-through dispensary. Additionally, planning permission has been granted for approximately 5000 square meters, accommodating a 90-bed nursing home facility.

This achievement underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality residential and healthcare infrastructure that enhances the well-being and quality of life for the people of Limerick. We look forward to seeing this development come to fruition and continue contributing positively to the local community.
