A two-storey advance technology building for IDA Ireland in Limerick, combining offices with light industrial space and designed to achieve LEED certification.
This 3,748 m² Advanced Building Solution stands on a well-serviced greenfield site within the IDA park, close to existing industrial and commercial units.
The works also included the site entrance and signage, timber post-and-rail boundaries, car parking, cycle shelters, landscaping, an ESB substation and switch room, the access road and associated services.
