A 92-bedroom nursing home in Tramore, completed for Whitebox Property Group on behalf of Mowlam Healthcare.
Built on the former golf club grounds on Newtown Road, the home has 92 en-suite bedrooms for residents staying for short-term recuperation or long-term care. Private bedrooms and shared communal spaces are designed to give residents a sense of belonging and comfort.
It is one of three nursing homes FHP designed for Whitebox Property in the South East. Together they provide 273 en-suite bedrooms and were designed as nearly zero-energy buildings, with heat pumps and high-efficiency LED lighting. Tramore Nursing Home was built by David Flynn Ltd.
