Second Phase of Ballygrennan Development Approved for Residential, Nursing Home and Retail Units.
We are delighted to see the planning application for the 2nd phase of the Ballygrennan Development receive approval.
The initial phase which has been granted permission will see the development of the UPMC Medical Campus which includes a 3,200 square meter day hospital alongside a four-story, 9,000 square meter medical centre.
The second phase of this development will see a total of 115 residential units built. Which includes 73 three and four-bedroom houses and 42 two-bedroom apartments designed for elderly residents across a four-storey apartment block. Additional to this development is a number of retail units which will be featured throughout the premises.
