Fewer Harrington and Partners are proud to be leading the architectural design for a major new student accommodation project in Limerick, which has now entered the pre-planning stage.
Commissioned by Whitebox, the proposed Whitebox Student Campus will deliver approximately 1,200 beds across seven purpose-built apartment blocks. Designed with modern student living in mind, the development aims to enhance the student experience through thoughtfully designed spaces in a central location with convenient access to Limerick’s key educational institutions.
A key focus of the design process has been ensuring a human-centric approach, placing students’ wellbeing, comfort, and daily experience at the heart of every decision. From communal spaces that encourage social connection to carefully considered layouts that support both study and rest, the project reflects a commitment to creating a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive living environment.
