The fit-out of this newly renovated and extended building included all seven floors over a basement car park.

The building had been renovated and extended with additional floors on behalf of the landlord Marlet and is located on the bank of the Grand Canal in Dublin 2.

It consists of Modern Grade A Office Space, split over seven floors of highly flexible space. The project involves the CAT B fit-out of 103,400 sq ft of office space across seven floors, over basement parking.

The 12-week fit-out programme involved taking into account working hour constraints. Highlights include a mixture of cellular and open plan offices, a welcoming area at entry to each level with pantry and lounge area, client community area and an exposed services ceiling.
