This sensitive inner-city project required creative architecture and problem solving at every stage due to its infill site location next to a listed building.
This development in the heart of Waterford City, consists of 16 apartments of 1 or 2 bedrooms over a prime retail unit. The materials used on the façade were cedar cladding, zinc, limestone and glazing giving it a fresh and modern feel in total contrast to the neighbouring site. The landscaped courtyard to the centre of the development gives a feeling of space to this inner city project.
