Fewer Harrington & Partners designed the beautiful Newtown View Coastal Homes in the highly sought after location in Tramore in County Waterford, overlooking Tramore Bay.
These 18 exclusive, unique coastal homes represent the future of energy efficiency as A-Rated homes, and FHP was delighted to have our designs for Newtown View Housing Scheme get the go-ahead. These homes will be constructed in traditional build with high performance, full blockwork walls, finished with traditional white render.
Newtown View will have generous allocations of light and power points throughout the homes, with a number of USB charging points. Additionally, a high-efficiency air-to-water heat pump will serve heating and hot water requirements, with low-temperature radiators to all floors as standard. There will be two controlled heating zones and one hot water zone.
The homes, comprising a mixture of detached and semi-detached 4 and 2-bed units, will be fitted with a constant airflow ventilation system, serving to reduce energy requirements, as well as interlinked smoke and heat detectors in accordance with current standards.
The development is expected to start on site this year. Further details are available from the developer’s website, Newtown View (part of the Bolster Group).
