Purpose-built student accommodation of approximately 1,200 beds across seven apartment blocks in Limerick.
Commissioned by Whitebox, the campus is centrally located with easy access to Limerick’s main educational institutions. The project has been granted planning permission.
The design puts students’ wellbeing, comfort and daily routine first. Communal spaces encourage social connection, and carefully considered layouts support both study and rest.
