The primary function of the master plan is to develop a European template in terms of telecommunications excellence.
It is proposed to develop a state of the art next generation network facility with open access that will be to the forefront in terms of information technology. A core area of 50 Hectares will be dedicated to a technological and enterprise campus. The campus will form one part of a large development consisting of 55,000 sq.m 3rd Generation Office campus, 20,000 sq.m retail & commercial town centre development, 4 Star Hotel & conference centre, educational facilities, 750 apartments, 2,500 houses and 5 Hectare of parkland area for recreational use. The vision is to create a new work / life balance quarter in a contemporary & safe environment for business and the community to flourish.
