A Large-Scale Residential Development planning application has been lodged for this 582-bed student accommodation scheme. Its four-storey apartment blocks sit less than 500 m from SETU’s Cork Road campus, arranged around a secure courtyard of approximately 4,000 m².
A public plaza and 139 m² of retail space face onto the Cork Road. The proposals also include a set-down area, vehicle access from Ballybeg Drive, car and bicycle parking, solar PV at roof level, and improvements to walking and cycling along Lacken Road, including a new pedestrian crossing and lighting.
