IDA Advance Technology Building, Dundalk
Fewer Harrington & Partners was delighted to have designed the IDA Advance Technology Building, Dundalk to LEED CS standards – a 33,906 sq ft (3,150 sq m) high-profile technology/manufacturing space.
Located in the IDA Dundalk Science & Technology Park in Mullagharlin, Dundalk in Co. Louth, the two-storey open-plan office accommodation is laid out over large rectangular floor plates.
It comprises a state-of-the-art, self-contained production/technology building with accommodation to include a technology area, offices, core, plant area, toilets, welfare facilities and a striking reception area with a full-height glazed entrance.
