Neil O’Rourke has almost twenty years of experience in overseeing operations within a number of highly successful multinational companies in Ireland and manages operations at FHP Architects.
Having graduated from his Bachelor of Commerce degree at University College Cork in 2002, Neil soon became a Franchisee of Shell Ireland, operating stores across the South East of Ireland where he oversaw huge growth in turnover across service stations – in some cases, doubled sales. In 2008, Neil joined Lidl Ireland as an Operations Manager – during a period of large-scale expansion, where he oversaw the opening of various stores across Ireland – including the flagship LOF store in Gorey in 2015, this store later becoming a prototype used for rolling out further stores across Europe.
Throughout his career in operations, Neil has overseen the process of reaching and exceed KPIs and KBIs, including from productivity, inventory, personnel costs, customer service and corporate social responsibility endeavours. Having joined the Fewer Harrington & Partners team in June 2022, Neil will play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimising business operations and project management processes through an overarching company-wide strategy.
