Fewer Harrington & Partners would like to welcome Neil O’Rourke, who has joined the firm as our new Chief Operations Officer.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Neil O’Rourke who has joined the senior management team of Fewer Harrington & Partners as our Chief Operations Officer (COO), based within our Waterford office.
Prior to his appointment, Neil spent the last fourteen years since 2008 overseeing operations across a large number of Lidl locations. This included driving exceptional KPI and KBIs in stores – across productivity, inventory, personnel costs and customer service, as well as through charity fundraising. Neil also acted as a brand ambassador for a period of time.
Neil joined Lidl during the course of a large expansion plan, opening various stores across the South of Ireland, including the flagship LOF store in Gorey in 2015 – which subsequently became a prototype to be used for rollout across Europe.
Before Lidl, the University College Cork Commerce graduate was a Shell Ireland Franchisee, operating service stations across the South-East and overseeing huge growth in turnover across service stations, with some sites doubling their sales.
Neil is an exceptionally competent professional with a wealth of experience in the operations space. We’re delighted to have him on the senior management team.
