Sustainability is a strategic imperative. The implications of climate change have manifested and the onus is firmly on developers to ensure their projects are as close to carbon neutral is possible. This includes lowering carbon emissions to offset potential carbon taxes. The value added for clients is that passive and NZEB (Near Zero Energy Buildings) are more attractive to investors. Fewer Harrington & Partners’ story began in 1975 with the late Nicky Fewer. One of Ireland’s most influential architects, Nicky was the creative and driving force behind globally renowned developments with his practice, Fewer McGinley. This was the beginning of Fewer Harrington & Partners’ 45 years in business.
Fewer Harrington & Partners became what it is known as today in 2003 when Fewer McGinley merged with HRM Architects, owned by long-time established architect Niall Harrington. Like Nicky, Niall has a wealth of experience working across large-scale international projects and a passion for delivering high calibre, innovative developments.
Fewer Harrington & Partners has since expanded to have offices in Waterford, Dublin, London, Warsaw, Mexico, Jeddah and Riyadh. The practice brings together decades of architectural experience across all sectors and sizes of project.
