This transformative project, which has now received planning permission, involves a complete replacement of the existing office block’s façade — not only to enhance its visual appeal but also to achieve a key objective: significantly reducing the building’s energy requirements.
In addition to state-of-the-art office suites, the development will be extended by approximately 920 sq. m to include a modern food court and retail space.
