A-rated three- and four-bedroom family homes on Abbey Road in Ferrybank, beside the Ross Abbey neighbourhood centre.
A planned new road will link the site to the New Ross Road, and the planned Waterford–New Ross Greenway runs along its edge. The greenway will give residents a car-free walking and cycling route to work, school and shops, and into the North Quays and Waterford city centre.
The scheme has been planned with the local authorities and stakeholders as part of a new urban village. It offers a mix of family homes, including affordable homes.
